Obicà Mozzarella Bar

The world’s first Obicà Mozzarella Bar opened in May 2004. The New York Times described Obicà as ‘Rome’s and probably history’s first Mozzarella Bar.’

Since 2004, Obicà has opened branches in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and today boasts 20 restaurants in international transit cities, from Milan to Palermo, London to New York City, and Tokyo.
